Champagner ist ein Schaumwein, der ausschlie\u00dflich in der Region Champagne im Nordosten Frankreichs hergestellt wird. Diese Region ist in mehrere Subregionen unterteilt, die jeweils ihr eigenes Terroir und ihren eigenen Weinstil haben. Die drei Hauptrebsorten, aus denen Champagner hergestellt wird, sind Chardonnay, Sp\u00e4tburgunder und Pinot Meunier.<\/p>

Champagner wird nach einer traditionellen Methode hergestellt, die eine zweite G\u00e4rung in der Flasche beinhaltet, wodurch die charakteristischen Bl\u00e4schen entstehen. Champagner kann wei\u00df (aus wei\u00dfen Trauben gekeltert) oder ros\u00e9 (aus schwarzen Trauben gekeltert) sein und wird nach seinem Restzuckergehalt klassifiziert, der von Brut Nature (sehr trocken) bis Doux (sehr s\u00fc\u00df) reicht. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
