Elzaswijnen staan bekend om hun elegantie, finesse en complexiteit. De druivenrassen die het meest gebruikt worden voor deze wijnen zijn riesling, pinot blanc, pinot gris, gewurztraminer en muscat. Ze worden vaak als single varietals gevinifieerd, waardoor de unieke kenmerken van elke druif naar voren komen.<\/p>
