Chef Olivier has always been deeply passionate about fine gastronomy. His love for the culinary arts inspired him to study in this field. He attended the prestigious École Hôtelière Provinciale de Namur to become the chef his father always hoped he would be.
The art of creating dishes
After graduating with great distinction, he went straight to work at the renowned «Pierre Romeyer» restaurant, under the tutelage of renowned chef François Meert. He was able to further hone his culinary skills and gain valuable insights into the art of creating complex, sophisticated dishes.

Now, with over 30 years' experience in gastronomy, Chef Olivier continues to innovate and create new flavors and dishes to delight his customers. His passion for fine cuisine and wine remains as strong as ever, constantly pushing him to new creative heights.
